Day 1
On this day you will arrive to Nairobi and we shall pick you up at the airport. We arrive to the hotel in time to check in and take a rest. We will meet again for lunch and later go to meet our bikes. Do all the necessary setup such as suspension for maximum comfort ready to leave the next day for a great adventure.
Nairobi – Naivasha 170 km

Ride from the office out of Nairobi through the rift valley just below the escarpments.
You will experience different kind of terrain as we traverse through the rift on the slopes of Mt Suswa and on to the earth roads connecting farms in the Mau Narok area.

As we descend towards Naivasha we shall have 360 views of Lake Oloiden, Lake Naivasha and the Hells Gate National Park. Our day ends at the camp on the shores of Lake Naivasha.
Naivasha – Eburru forest – Nakuru 100 km
Ride from the camp through the Mt Eburru Forest, a prime indigenous forest area contained within the steep hills, deep valleys and rolling foothills of Mount Eburu.

On this day we will see views of Lake Naivasha and Lake Elementaita from the hills. We will end our day at a beautiful camp in Nakuru where we can spot some wildlife.
Nakuru - Lake Bogoria - Lake Baringo 180 km
This will be a hot and tough day on the bikes. We will ride along Lake Bogoria famed for its geysers, and its huge population of flamingos, which come to feed on algae and drink fresh water from lakeside spouts. We will have a picnic lunch by the lake.

Our day ends at a hotel on the shores of Lake Baringo, one of the only two freshwater Rift Valley lakes, together with Lake Naivasha, in Kenya. It is in the remote west-central region of Kenya.
Lake Baringo – Laikipia 140 km
We shall rise up early for an optional sunrise boat ride on Lake Baringo. This is a beautiful boat ride being that the lake is a critical habitat and refuge for more than 500 species of birds and fauna, some of the migratory water bird species being significant regionally and globally. The lake also provides a habitat for seven fresh water fish species.

Additionally the area is a habitat for many species of animals including the hippopotamus, Nile crocodile and many other mammals, amphibians, reptiles and the invertebrate communities.

We shall then come back to the hotel for breakfast and start the trip up the Laikipia Escarpment which lies east of the lake. Our day will end at a beautiful camp in of the vast Laikipia Plateau which is home to lions, elephants and rare Grevy's zebras.
Laikipia – Nanyuki 130 km
We shall wake early for a morning game drive in the conservancy. Large mammals in Laikipia county are both diverse and numerous, perhaps more so than almost anywhere in East Africa.

This includes half of Kenya's black rhinos, the second largest population of elephants in Kenya, and the globally threatened grevy's zebra. After breakfast we shall ride through the plains and hills towards Nanyuki. Nanyuki is a town in Laikipia lying northwest of Mount Kenya. This will be our last day riding.
